We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent those one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time that takes a shipment to arrive its destination once it has been picked up from our distribution center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, orders can still take between 2 to 4 business days to be processed. This is just an estimate time and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

PUPPIESHAPPY.COM does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return to us, but you have to notify our company in the 3 first days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Also, this return policy is applicable for the following countries: Unites States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom only. For international purchases, we do not accept returns.
How to start Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you urge to return the product, please pay attention to the following aspects:
- You need to return the product within 30 days after receiving it.
- The product is in good condition and does not affect the secondary sales.
- You are responsible to pay the shipping cost to return the item.
Once you’ve returned the product, please send the tracking number to our customer service address.

Cases that PUPPIESHAPPY.COM does not make refunds:
We will not offer a refund or resend if:
- Incorrect/insufficient Address
- Refused Package
- Customs Clearance delays
- Non-Existing Number
- Unknown Recipient
2. Expiration Date of Return
If 30 day's time is overdue, the refund and return is not acceptable.
Please note that:
A dispute will be closed automatically if you have not answered for 3 consecutive days.
3. Force Majeure
PUPPIESHAPPY.COM will deny the dispute of any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection delays.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important Note: Measurement differences, or product doesn't fit as you expect won't be considered for return/refund. Make sure you select the correct size for your dog.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale (clearance) items or gift cards.
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. Please, make sure you select the right size that fits with you.
We DO NOT cancel orders after they have been fulfilled and shipped and they are in control of the transportation company. You have to wait until product is received and delivered to you and start the return process mentioned above.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to define, refuse, limit and/or reject any returns from customers due to the following:
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- An excessive return history of the customer involving altered, damage or missing items.
